Here are some sketches I made today from the model. The poses were 20 minutes. I used Caran D'ache water soluble color pencils.This is a continuing series and I will work on them later on. I like to keep the figure 'white' and add the color to either lines or the area around the figure.
The paper is Rising Stonehenge warm white printmaking paper to which I added a coat of gesso. I then tear the sheet into quarters so my final dimensions are about 11 by 15 inches.
